Terms and Conditions for Boulevard Real Estate Media Applicants

Effective Date: August 16th, 2024

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Boulevard Real Estate Media, LLC (“Boulevard”) and any individual (“Applicant”) applying to provide photographic, videographic, or related services as an independent contractor (“Contractor”). By submitting an application, the Applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Application Process
  • Review and Acceptance: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Boulevard reserves the right to review and accept or reject applications based on the company’s hiring needs and standards.
  • Communication: Applicants will receive email notifications about the status of their application, including acceptance, onboarding instructions, or denial.
  1. Service Agreement

Upon acceptance as a Contractor, the Applicant must sign the Boulevard Real Estate Media Photography Service Agreement. This agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, compensation, roles and responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and other essential terms of engagement. The following are key points from the Service Agreement:

  • Services and Compensation: Contractors agree to provide specified photography, videography, and other creative services according to the outlined pricing structure.
  • Roles and Responsibilities: Contractors are responsible for capturing content on-site and delivering unedited RAW files to Boulevard on the same day of the shoot.
  • Intellectual Property: All content captured under this Agreement becomes the property of Boulevard upon final payment. Both parties may use the content for marketing purposes, provided it aligns with the client’s marketing efforts.
  1. Use of Personal Information
  • Marketing and Promotion: By applying to work with Boulevard, the Applicant agrees to allow Boulevard to use their name, professional details, and submitted headshot for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, website announcements, and other marketing materials.
  • Consent: Applicants give Boulevard the right to use the headshot submitted with their application for these purposes. Boulevard will use this information responsibly and in a manner consistent with the company’s core values and privacy policies.
  1. Contractor Policies

All Contractors must adhere to Boulevard’s Photographer Policies, which include standards for punctuality, equipment care, communication, and professional conduct. Contractors are required to stay updated on these policies, as failure to comply may result in termination or other disciplinary actions.

  1. Termination
  • Notice: Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Cause: Immediate termination may occur for failure to meet Boulevard’s standards, non-compliance with policies, or any action that jeopardizes the company’s reputation or client relationships.
  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the signed Photography Service Agreement and any applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between Boulevard and the Contractor.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
